Land of Nod Recalls Plush Dolls due to Choking Hazard

The Land of Nod recalled over 2,500 plush dolls. The hands-on plush dolls can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children. The firm has received one report of the doll hand detaching and three reports of the doll’s hands loosening.

The “Dollies” were sold at The Land of Nod stores and online at www.landofnod.com from October 2012 to March 2013 for about $30.
This recall includes plush handmade baby dolls in five styles and colors. The all-fabric dolls measure about 12 inches tall and 10 inches wide. The dolls are dressed in a one-piece printed floral fabric outfit with a white lace-trimmed hood over the head of the dolls.

The SKU number is printed on a sewn-in label attached to the right leg of the doll and on a hangtag fastened to the right arm.
