The plaintiff, a high school student, was severely burned when a fryolator pan filled with boiling hot grease spilled on him.

 

The pan had to be lifted out manually to drain the grease. Plaintiff alleges, in part, that the fryolator should have been installed with available siphoning equipment or a spigot for draining hot grease.
