A car accident occurred on 976 Robeson Street near President Avenue in Fall River just after 2 a.m. on Thursday June 26, 2012. Tragically, both people in the car were killed when it crashed into a utility pole. Reportedly, the car hit one pole and knocked down a second one, before coming to a rest in the front yard of a home.

Car crashes unfortunately are a fact of life. Although we hope of course that we and our loved ones will not be involved in any incidents on the roads, it is important to understand your rights should such an accident occur. The first step is knowing whether or not you even have grounds to file a claim for your injuries. The question whether the accused party was indeed negligent must be examined carefully before filing a claim. The facts of each individual case can be quite complex, requiring sifting through accident reconstructions, police reports, and insurance policies, among other inquiries. The accident scene should be investigated, coordinated (when necessary) with a proper team of professionals and experts, examining all evidence.
