Ms. Daly’s practice includes personal injury, premises liability, products liability and sexual assault. She previously worked for a well-known insurance defense firm and brings a unique perspective to Swartz & Swartz regarding the inner workings of the insurance industry. She joined Swartz & Swartz so she could aggressively pursue her clients’ best interests both inside and outside of the courtroom.  Ms. Daly prides herself on connecting with her clients and strives to work passionately on their behalf.

Ms. Daly graduated from Suffolk University with a degree in Legal Studies. She received her Juris Doctorate from New England Law| Boston, where she was recipient of the Charles Hamilton Houston Scholarship and member of the Pro Bono Honor Roll.  She was born and raised on Martha’s Vineyard, MA, and enjoys going home to visit family and friends. She also enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her rescue dog.
