Grinding Wheel – Industrial Accidents

The thirty-eight-year-old male employee was operating an Industrial Accidents grinding machine with a grinding wheel in the manner it was intended to be used when the wheel suddenly fractured into several pieces, causing the employee to suffer severe and debilitating injuries to his right thigh and groin area.

Days after the employee’s injury, another employee fell victim to a similar accident involving the grinding wheel.
