Elizabeth M. Guthrie is an associate attorney at Swartz & Swartz, P.C. Elizabeth represents victims of personal injury and medical malpractice.

Prior to joining Swartz & Swartz, P.C., Elizabeth worked at a boutique firm practicing criminal defense. Her criminal defense background gave her experience working with incredibly voluminous discovery and complex and niche legal issues. Her passion for legal research and writing is only outweighed by her drive to help others. She loves interfacing with her clients and gaining their trust through her advocacy. While at her prior firm, she regularly briefed appellate issues, taking cases all the way to the United States Supreme Court if necessary. Elizabeth is excited to apply her skills and enthusiasm to her civil practice.

While Elizabeth received her Juris Doctor degree from the eminent University of Alabama School of Law, she is proud to call Massachusetts her home. She values strong connections to her community, like the ones she forges while serving her clients all around New England.
