Fisher-Price and the Consumer Product Safety Commission today issued a product warning after multiple reports of infant deaths in a Fisher-Price product.

Since 2015, 10 infant deaths have been reported in the Fisher-Price Rock ‘n Play, according to the commission.

The reports indicated the deaths happened when infants rolled over in the product.

Because deaths continue to happen, the commission recommends people stop using the product when infants reach 3 months old or as soon as infants begin to roll over…
