About 35,000 convertible high-top chairs manufactured by Evenflo Inc. are being recalled due to a fall hazard. The products being recalled include the high chairs that can convert into toddler-sized tables and chairs. It is reported that the activity tray on the high chair can unexpectedly detach, thereby allowing an unrestrained child to fall, posing a risk of injury to the child.

As of today, Evenflo has received 18 reports of trays that detached. Also, the company has received eight reports of children falling from the high chair and sustaining injuries.
