A 15-year-old boy was struck in Waltham, MA by a 17-year-old van driver on Lexington Street. The accident occurred on May 17th at 3:45 p.m. near Kennedy Middle School.

 

The victim was flown by MedFlight to Tufts Medical Center in Boston for immediate attention after what looked like a serious accident. No charges were announced on the day after the incident.
